TRAINING · BY CULTUREIQ LABS

Evidence-based training for the people doing the work.

Programs for disability-management practitioners, return-to-work coordinators, accommodation specialists, supervisors, and clinicians. Every claim cited by author and year. Every framework grounded in CSA Z1003 and CSA Z1011:20. Built for the work, not for the slide.

01 / Three commitments

WHAT EVERY PROGRAM HERE WILL DO.

CITE OR REFUSE

Every claim made in every program cites a peer-reviewed source by author and year. If we can't cite it, we don't teach it — we name the gap and refuse until the evidence exists.

PLAIN LANGUAGE

Body copy written at a grade 6 to 8 reading level for affected readers. Academic vocabulary only where practitioners expect it. No jargon used to flex; only used when it earns its place.

ACCESSIBLE

WCAG 2.2 AA on every public surface, AAA on every primary text-on-surface pair. Closed captions on every video. Screen-reader tested. Bilingual EN now, FR in development for Q4 2026.

03 / Why this lab

A research lab, not a course factory.

CultureIQ Labs is a Canadian research lab in Toronto, started in 2025 after a decade in disability management and a graduate MS capstone on neurodivergent workplace climate. The corporation operates under a published Social Mission Policy, adopted by the sole director on 2026-05-18.

Every program here carries the same evidence-grading discipline the lab applies to its publications. STRONG, MODERATE, or EMERGING grade on every cited finding. Every refusal named. The methodology page on the main site is the spine.

04 / Also from the family

Eunosa is a sibling brand at eunosa.com — research-grounded writing and tools on the human side of work. Separate brand, separate domain. We cross-reference it here; it isn't part of the training programs above.

05 / Stay close to the work

The Brief is on Substack.

The Brief lives on Substack, published by our sibling brand Eunosa — practitioner notes, framework drafts, citation-grade reading lists, and announcements of when each training program opens. Free. Roughly biweekly.
